I tried to offer them something for free and they hung up on my face. Definitely would not recommend.

    Response from the owner

It is unfortunate that people who have never done business with you can leave harmful reviews to a company with the ill intent of ruining their reputation. After soliciting, we let reviewer know w don't do solicitation (hence him mentioning an offer for something free) and after our company politely declined, he left a negative review. We have reported this interaction to Google in hopes that they fix this manner soon!

I rented a Porta potty from this business however the delivery driver was late. It was not clean upon arrival and when i contacted the office the manager was rude and inconsiderate.

This business also has a equipment rental in the same lot .. do not rent from this business. Do not rent here. I rented a car hauler. I trusted it had been checked and it wasnt. All tires were low on air and a fender was rubbing on one tire. When i loaded my truck i had to air it up and the tire the fender was rubbing blew up. The owner refused to take responsibility and accused me of doing the damage. I ended up paying $355 for a new tire and a after hours road side service and he refused to reimburse and accused me of the damage.

    Response from the owner

Hello, Unfortunately, this review has nothing to do with our company, Panico Excavation. As an excavation and sanitation company we do not do rentals. We have flagged this review to Google to take the necessary steps as it is against their policies to leave false reviews as it does not pertain to the experience at this business. We hope you will take this review down and deal with the appropriate company. Best regards, Panico Excavation
