These guys did an amazing job very respectful very good at what they do even getting it done right before the rain got here. I recommend Palmetto Site Solutions,LLC to anybody who needs septic work done, this is my first experience with septic tanks and all that they’ve been very informative and very easy to work with thank you guys. Great job if you guys need work go check them out.

Great Service! They did a really good job and very quickly! They were easy to work with and very friendly. They took extremely good care of our land and I didn’t have to worry about anything!

Nic came out late Friday after a busy day and pumped our system and answered all our questions!! I recommend they and will be my go-to when i need them!!!

This company has not shown that they uphold any of the standards stated in previous comments July 14th: I called about erosion on a tank they installed and about the pump not being wired properly. I was told they would get someone out, and it took multiple calls to have someone come out to attempt to diagnose and realize it needed to be pumped to figure out the problem with our tank. July 15th: Without a call, Nick and his crew showed up to my house, went through my chained gate, leaving it open, and started work on my septic system without a knock on the door to let me know they were there.

Hi Sierra, I want to apologize on behalf of the lack of communication. We do try to work hard to communicate as best as possible, sometimes things fall through the cracks when we get caught up in other problems that occur within our day to day business. With that being said, I do believe that Nick was contacted by you and the gentleman that sold you the home asking for him to go out and fix the electrical that was never wired properly or at all. We are not electricians and it states on the engineer design that we are not responsible for electrical as we are not licensed electricians. We were under the assumption that with this issue you were expecting us to go out and fix it, as to why they were out there working. I will make sure that let them know going forward to give a shout to the customer so they are absolutely aware that we are having a crew show up along with proper etiquette on gates, kids and animals. I do believe that the lack of communication is the reason for this bad review but I don’t think it’s fair to claim we do not stand by our work when Nick had someone out there to fix the electrical then he showed up personally to switch out the pump that malfunctioned. I personally try my hardest to get in front of these issues and make sure we uphold our brand to the highest standard. We do fix problems as they arise and if Nick doesn’t communicate, I will try to communicate with customers for him so we can find a resolution to problems if they do arise. Once again, I apologize that we could not be up to your standards and we will take this as a teaching moment to make sure we do better going forward.
