Odom Septic Tank Service in Bonifay, FL

We called Odom Septic in late 2025 to have our septic tank pumped out. Not being from this area- we don't much about many of the companies in this area. I had called several businesses, and no one would answer our calls. Odom answered the first time... and came out the same day! When they arrived, they realized that part of our drainage system was not working properly. We decided to put in a whole new septic, in a different location, and have the old system taken out. They did a fantastic job, and were extremely kind and informative the entire time.

Just had them install a septic system for our new home. Got a few quotes. Tried going with two other companies that were a little cheaper, let’s just say cheaper isn’t always better! Ended up calling Odom's to do the job. It is a mound system with a pump tank. Took them two days to complete the work. Very satisfied with them. Communication was great!

Called Odom Septic Tank Service first thing on a Monday morning due to slow drainage and no flushing toilets. Luck would have it they were already servicing an area right down the road from my house. They came out right after their first job and got straight to work pumping my septic tank. Turns out, the filter was clogged. My wife said the tech was very nice and explained everything well. We will continue to use them for any septic needs.

This is not Odom’s septic of old. Odom in stalled our septic system 3 years ago for $14,200.00. The company was purchased by Dayton Yates and his father. They do not know what they are doing. $200.00 service call to tell me the septic was not full. The service person did not even open the septic tank lid to check level. Opened up the riser and said it was not full and that we had a main line clog. We spent another $216.10 to have a plumber snake out lines and remove the cover what was found it was full.
