I paid the down payment and then I couldn’t reach the company. Finally found out the owner was sitting in jail. I’m about to have to file a suit in small claims court.

John and his assistant Serina w/ Aces Septic, stole $2,450.00 from our 76 y/o customer out of Holmes County. They required a deposit, at time of contract signing. They never showed up to do the installation and then went MIA. We had to reimburse the customer her money and eat the cost. DO NOT use this company. We still have not received any response nor a return on our money.

Aces Septic has been nothing short of fantastic! Their communication, customer service, their desire to go above and beyond and not expecting anything in return has won my family and I over! We are super thankful for their knowledge and hard work! Everything from the survey/permit gentleman to the install and finishing, it all was flawless & seamless!

Set an appointment with them. They didn’t show up and wouldn’t answer my calls. Don’t deal with these scammers.

    Response from the owner

I apologize for the misunderstanding, you where informed that we would contact you an hour before our arrival, during the time you where contacting our office was during closed business hours. Thanks and have a great day!
