We couldn’t be happier with O C Peaden! Our new build is on a creekfront property with wetlands, and getting a septic system installed here was no easy task. They were upfront from the beginning about the risks of installing one here and faced many challenges but they never gave up on us and got the job done! They were quick to respond, communicated well, and always showed up when they said they would. Highly recommend O C Peaden! Thank you, Brice and family!!

I cannot say enough good things about Brice and OC Peadon. We had to chase a different company around for 3 months to install a septic system on our unimproved land, and finally decided to look for someone else. We called OC Peadon and Brice answered immediately. He gave us a reasonable quote, came out a few days later, and he had our system installed in 2 days! He is one of the most reliable, hard working guys we have ever met, not to mention one of the nicest too. He believes in doing business the “old school” way and says it always works out when you do. I highly recommend OC Peadon.

I have hired O C Peaden Septic Tank Services multiple times now. Bryce is always on time and is extremely knowledgeable. They have been in business for decades and I can see why. The first time we used O C Peaden was for a standard septic pump out. They arrived on time and made the process very easy. By the time they finished, it was as if they were never there! Another time we used O C Peaden was for an inspection during a home purchase.

Forgot to post couple weeks ago, but I highly recommend Dad and son business. Arrived when promised, grateful for all they did and showing me the problem and fairly priced. They left the lawn looking almost undisturbed... no one else has left the lawn looking that good after having to dig a very large area in order to do the job.. thank you OC Peaden. You are my go to septic service company. God bless you, truly.

Local Ground

Around Milton, the main drain-field limit is bottom-layer seepage: water moves through the soil too fast to treat effluent before it reaches groundwater. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Milton city page for the full soil profile.
