Carter & Sons Septic Tank Service Inc in Milton, FL

Great service and competitive priced service fee as well! I called late on Thursday and they showed up late Monday morning to clean out my septic tank. Chris and Dillon were wonderful to work with, and they were patient to answer questions regarding my system. They came highly recommended and I know why. I’ll be using them five years down the road for the next maintenance service on my home. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Carter and Son’s!

They came out to give us a second opinion after we were told by another company that our drain field needed to be replaced. They walked me through the steps and answered all and every question I had. They were absolutely amazing and I would recommend them going forward.

recommend: absolutely not! these people replaced our drain field about 2 years ago, and it has now failed. They recently came out and pumped the tank (took them 5 days to come out and pump the tank, even though we told them that it was backing up into the house) but failed to do an inspection to tell us why we were already having problems (I had asked them to do an inspection when they pumped the tank and report back to me). After repeated and repeated phone calls over 3 weeks they refused to call me back.

If you're buying a new home and ask for a septic inspection. Be sure and be aware that they do not inspect the entire septic system. They will only check the sewage tank and do not inspect the gray water tank. ( Apparently there is a difference here). I usually do not leave very negative reviews. However I am a bit frustrated that this distinction was not made clear to me by the company prior to me paying for an inspection. They did check the septic tank. They did do as they were asked. But they should be more upfront with what their service is actually performing.
