Scott, thank you for the 5-star review. We're glad our team provided fast service, explained the process and findings clearly, and maintained a clean, polite environment. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to serving you again.

Response from the owner

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously, but we must respectfully set the record straight regarding how septic pumping service works. Pumping out a septic tank requires accessing the tank lids outdoors, our technicians do not open, touch, or operate the electrical control boxes or power switches to a client's pump system. Standard pumping procedure does not involve turning off power switches at the control box. When you contacted us days after the service, our owner explained our standard process and offered to send a technician out to evaluate your system. We strive to communicate clearly and respectfully with every client, and we regret that our conversation ended in frustration. With over 1,000+ reviews, our long-standing reputation is built on honesty and high-quality service, and we stand by the work performed by our team.
