Keith and his gang did us right and did a great job pumping the tanks, cleaning the filter, and putting new lids on the two tanks because they had been knocked loose and were too high above the grout. A1 Septic was a pleasant and very professional company to work with. Bravo

We're glad Keith and the team were able to get the tanks pumped, the filter cleaned, and the lids set properly. We appreciate you noticing our professionalism and are happy we could help. Thanks again for choosing A1 Septic.

Keith and Travis were both very knowledgeable and honest. They didn’t try to sell me any service or anything else I didn’t need. They went over and above explaining things to me about the system. I will definitely refer them to anyone needing septic services. Very happy customer!

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Lisa. We are thrilled Keith and Travis were knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything about your system. We appreciate your trust and referral, and are glad you had a great experience. Your feedback means a lot to our team.

Before You Call

A homeowner deciding between routine septic pumping and help with an active overflow can ask how quickly the crew can come out. For a new installation, the useful phone question is how the lot's soil conditions will shape the proposed system.
