    I heard these guys about a month ago I paid for the project and full Now they don't answer the phone They don't answer emails Their voicemail says they Are not taking in any new work And don't anticipate taking any new work in the near future Although they already took my money

    This is an update. My first experience with Mr. Rooter left a lot to be desired on a number of levels. I originally gave them a 1 star because of issues with an installation of my hot water heater control valve. However I called for a followup to their work and they sent a very experience tech out (unlike the first time) and he checked everything, purged my gas line to the heater (which had started to give me errors again on the new install) and everything went very smoothly. So thank you. Mistakes are inevitable.

    This was my first time using Mr. Rooter company for plumbing services. I was extremely impressed with the service I received from two of their technicians. Chris and Omer were outstanding. They arrived promptly, were professional and courteous and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. What stood out most was that they took the time to thoroughly address the problem and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Their knowledge, efficiency and dedication to excellent customer service gave me great confidence in the company.
