1/2/2025 - Are you still in business? Is there something wrong with your phone lines? Your service has always been good so I am confused. I understand it is the holiday season but I have sent numerous emails starting calling yesterday and all of your listed phone numbers on the website go straight to a Verizon recording to check the number - its 8:35 am and no one is picking up your phones. There is an issue with the septic system installed by your company and we need help! Never disappoints when I need service. Fast, professional and really nice people to work with! Thanks as always

If their service is anything like their driving I would run. This person decided to run me into another lane of traffic to prevent him from hitting my car. I blew the horn profusely & when I tried to get his attention of course he pretended to not see me.

Not sure what's going on with this company but we have attempted to contact them and never receive a response. The numbers listed online is not working, we've filled out their online forms and never receive a response. If you're able to get in contact with them do not book a service with them

Wow. I wish more companies were like this one. Helene hits my house and we loose gas. I call them and Bairam answers. I called many others but no one picked up. Biaram walked me through some issues on the phone and got me in touch with my Service provider. I did not even get a chance to higher this company but Biaram went way above and beyond simply for goodwill at a time no one else would even answer the phone. Thanks Biaram, you were spot on and could have taken advantage of me but instead you helped me though my crisis. Thank you again!

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for sharing your experience, Derek! It's great to hear that Bairam could assist you when you needed it. We take pride in going the extra mile for our customers, whether it's an emergency plumbing or septic issue. We're glad Bairam could guide you in the right direction and help you resolve the problem, even if you didn't end up needing our plumbing services this time. If you ever need a plumber or septic services in the future, don't hesitate to reach out to us at Tampa Bay Plumbers & Septic. Thanks again for choosing us and taking the time to leave your kind words!
