AVOID!! Very frustrating experience! I was quoted $378 to replace a failed shower cartridge. During the attempted cartridge removal, the cartridge broke apart. I was then told the valve body was cracked and could no longer retain a new cartridge, and the repair escalated to approximately $1,560 for a complete valve replacement. I cannot say whether the crack in the valve body existed beforehand or occurred during the attempted repair, but it was only identified after work had been done. I was extremely uncomfortable with how a $378 repair turned into an outrageous $1,560 proposal.

Highly recommend Mr Rooter for your plumbing needs. Ive used their services twice now and each time the technician was prompt, even earlier than expected. Johnathan was professional and personable. Service was done right with very reasonable cost. The communication with the company great. They scheduled next day service. And followed up with phone call reminders that my Tech was on the way. GREAT SERVICE ALL AROUND. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had called another company to come out to fix our broken water pipe which required us to shut off the main water valve to our home. We kept receiving calls from the other company letting us know that they were delayed and it would be a few more hours until they would be able to get out to our property. After 10 hours we decided we needed to call someone else. Which led us to Mr. Rooter. They were at our house within 1 hour and did a great job! We can’t thank your team enough for your quick response!
