I have known the Moore’s family since I was a child. I have only recently acquired my own septic system, and have called them out two times so far. Both times they came out on the same day within a couple hours and took care of me. BJ fixed problem that I thought could’ve been a catastrophe, very quickly and honestly. Highly recommend calling them for any of your septic needs.

I had a lift station emergency and based on NextDoor recommendations called Moore's Sand & Septic. Heather in their office gave me a clear overview of what to expect including costs and had someone out in under 24 hours. Their technician Ben did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and taking care of it. I recommend them highly.

    Response from the owner

Thank you Mr Mc Broom for taking the time to leave us a great review ! No offense intended but I hope you don't need us again anytime soon !

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! Everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, answer my questions, and make sure I understood the septic system and their findings. The inspection itself was thorough but also incredibly quick and efficient. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a septic inspection!

    Response from the owner

Thank you Lindsay ! It has been a pleasure working with you as well ! Congratulations on your potential home purchased.
