I had a sewer line backup into my shower at 10pm…so expected to be charged for an emergency call. Luke came out, I explained the issue. He said that it would be $576.00 with no guarantee of resolving the issue. I told him that was a lot of money to not resolve the issue. He offered to leave. Well it is now 12am, I was not wanting him to leave I wanted him to be confident in his ability to resolve the issue. He said that he would do his best but these things can get progressively worse over time. I explained that I replumbed the house to the city in more recent years.
