We had a full septic tank emergency in Florida and were really struggling to find a reliable company. Most places either refused to give a quote over the phone or wanted additional $300 for driving to our location. Blue Septic Tank Service was a complete lifesaver. They came the same day, quoted us fairly, and did an excellent job even in the blazing heat. Highly recommend them, great service and great people!

From initial contact thru completion of service was top knotch! Brandon was very knowledgeable and explained the simple maintenance I can do (clean filter). I was scheduled for a full clean out of the tank but upon checking, it did not need to be at all - therefore I was only charged for a service call & gained valued knowledge about the whole process. Highly recommend!

They went to my neighbors house and drove through my front yard. I called them about this and they refused to repair my yard. I surely wouldn't recommend using this company. If you had a problem with a new installation they probably would not come back.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Kate called during a full septic emergency and the crew came the same day, even in the blazing heat. Mike says Brandon "showed up 2 hours after calling" and cleared out his system. Several customers also describe a technician who explained the work. Sally was booked for a full tank clean-out, but Brandon checked first, found it was not needed, and showed her how to clean the filter. Dan's visit went the other way: the technician hit the tank lid with his first shovel and found the tank quite full.
