    Jeremiah and Chris were absolutely fantastic! Jeremiah came out to my house the other day to identify the issue, and not only did he find the problem, but he also took the time to walk me through everything and show me pictures so I could fully understand what was going on. Both were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Their customer service was top-notch, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If I ever have another issue in the future (though hopefully I won’t 🤣), they’ll be the first people I call! Highly recommend!

    The tub drain had broke and was no longer attached to my tub. Mandy answered the phone when I called, she was very nice and helpful and was able to schedule the service call the same day. They called before coming to my house and was able to come out earlier than expected. Then they texted me a bio and a picture of the technician that was coming. My technician Jeremiah was nice and respectful, cleaned up after himself and got the job done, quickly and efficiently. Thank you very much.

    I had to speak with someone 4 times to get an appointment and THEY STILL DIDNT SHOW UP! HORRIBLE company and customer service. Save yourself time and headache by choosing literally ANYONE but this company.

    Jason and Jeremiah are a absolute treasure to this business. So Kind and Honest. I will be using Mr. dans from this point forward for all my plumbing needs! I will be recommending my entire family as well. Also complimented my pups too. The kindness these men gave in a stressful situations took all my nerves away. I can’t thank them enough!!
