Highly recommended!! I had an emergency with my septic tank and they were right on it!! Mr. Moye and his crew arrived at my home, and got straight to work. Now everything is running smoothly. This company is very professional, him and his staff they're very friendly, also didn't mind answering any questions that I had. Thanks a lot for the quick response and getting straight to the problem. You guys are THE BEST!

We hired Moye to pump our septic tank and dig new drain lines. After the septic tank was pumped, new drain lines were dug leaving our yard in a complete disaster. They also managed to cut our electrical lines after the lines were marked leaving us without electricity to a refrigerator for over a week. We lost food. Moye has refused to come out and fix our yard so we will now have to hire someone to do that after paying them what I thought was a high cost to do our septic work. Be warned.

In response to your feedback, we can confirm that Moye Septic was hired to pump out your septic tank and add new drain lines for $3,800. We are pleased to report that the system is now in working condition. During our work, 811 was called to mark your utility lines, and unfortunately, two lines were not marked and were left damaged. However, we took responsibility for the damage and fixed the lines at no additional cost to you. Following our initial work, we understand that you had a neighbor drive a farm tractor across the area and requested that we come back out to level the area at no additional cost. Based on customer photos, the yard was left intact after installation. We always strive to keep our customers happy, but we occasionally encounter situations where customers expect more than they paid. Nonetheless, we appreciate your business and are committed to providing quality service.
