I was looking for a clean out and riser installation. Morehead septic was recommended by a few people so I called and Keith came out within the week. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about what was going on with our septic system. I was extremely pleased with Keith and his assistant, Jana, for their exemplary work and friendliness. I highly recommend Morehead Septic Services to everyone!

Response from the owner

Hi Doria, Jana and I are so glad to hear you're pleased with our work. Adding risers is going to make future septic pumpings so much easier for you. Thank you for the recommendation and thank you to the person who referred you to us!

I just wanted to let everyone know that Keith Morehead is an exceptional human and so honest and kind. He came on a Sunday and fixed my septic tank pump. Well honestly it wasn't the pump but I can't remember what part was broken 😄. Anyway, it was a critical part and he replaced it and pumped it out so I was up and running again. I will be calling him for all my septic services and you should too. Thank you Keith!

Response from the owner

Hi Barbra, thank you so much for these kind words. I'm so glad I could help with those quick septic repairs and pump out. And, yes, don't hesitate to call again!

I needed an emergency septic tank pumping due to a main line blockage. Morehead Septic went above and beyond to come out on a Sunday to complete the service. He did a through pump of alm three of my tanks and took his time to explain what he saw and recommended for my engineered system. Great customer service! When I need my next service this will be my go to company! Highly recommended!!

Response from the owner

Thank you for the kind words, Everett. It was my pleasure to get out there for an emergency septic pump. Don't hesitate to call again!
