MONTGOMERY'S in McMinnville, TN

I was having issues with my toilet at work. I called Montgomery’s office this morning and the nicest lady answered the phone. I explained to her what was going on and she had Ben and Rayton out to my office by noon. They ran some cameras through the pipes, removed a toilet, did some cleaning out, and fixed the problem. Ben and Rayton were very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I’ll be calling Montgomery’s back if I have issues with my plumbing again. They were wonderful and I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

An amazing company! We were experiencing some issues with our septic and Montgomery’s came out promptly. After inspection and discussions, they outlined a potential plan for repair and perhaps replacement of some field lines. Montomery’s handled the app to the State and writhin a couple days the State Inspector ( Michelle ) arrived. A thorough inspection was conducted and her suggestions were shared with us. Within a day the application and detailed options were received by Montgomery’s and they reached out right away to discuss our options.

Very thorough pre-purchase septic inspection. (The house, not the contents 🤣 )

We called Montgomery's a couple of months ago, because our septic tank was overflowing into the yard. I expected needing a new system, and was prepared for the worse. They came out, pumped the tank, and took the time to probe the entire drain line. They determined that the drain line was probably good. It appeared to be a problem in one area close to the tank, and they were confident that they could repair it by just bypassing the problem area. I told them to give it a try, and they successfully repaired everything for a fraction of the cost of a new system.

Great experience from start to finish! They were prompt, professional, and explained everything clearly. Ben and his crew did a great job and made sure to communicate with me before doing any work. The crew cleaned up after and left very minimal evidence they were there! I felt as though I got great service for the price i paid. I will definitely be recommending and using Montgomery’s in the future!
