David handles service calls in person, arriving quickly for emergency pumping and failed grinder pumps. Barbara noted that he came out the same day and was able to "resolve a plugged inlet valve." Property owners report careful digging that leaves the lawn tidy after uncovering the tank. Past customers frequently point to clear explanations of tank conditions and practical suggestions for future pumping intervals. As one customer's experience, Mary reported that David broke her tank cover during a pump-out and dropped concrete inside the tank.
