Besides the fact that your tech did a great job fixing the problem, he gave me one of the greatest compliments I have ever gotten out of nowhere. Before the tech even showed up, three people recommended them when I told them the problem I was having. The tech 100 percent gave me straight talk. If you are going to have a back up, these are the people to call.

John was amazing and very professional. My basement was flooded and he was very understanding of my stress and also was helpful in making me feel more positive about the situation with my plumbing issue. Highly recommend John to be your technician if you get a choice!!

Called Fletcher in the morning with a sewer line back up and left a VM. Dave called me back within minutes and said they'd get a tech on the job ASAP. Got a call 1.5 hours later from Josh saying he could be out in the next 30 minutes. Gave him the go ahead and he was very prompt and punctual. He worked diligently and quickly and got the line cleared, with a thorough explanation of the problem. All for a reasonable price.
