We had an issue with our septic system not draining properly. McCoy’s provided exceptional service, on time and the cost was as quoted. We highly recommend McCoy’s Septic Service. They’re professional and personable. Our technicians, Brian and David, were wonderful, explaining how we could maintain our septic system to the optimal. Tom, the owner, is excellent to work with. Many Thanks!

I can't recommend McCoy's Septic enough! They responded quickly, were professional from start to finish, and were completely upfront about every cost involved, no surprises. What really impressed me was their honesty. They never tried to upsell us on services or products we didn't need and actually worked to keep our costs as low as possible. It's refreshing to find a company that values integrity and puts their customers first. If you need septic service, McCoy's is the company to call!

We used McCoy's septic service today, and we were quite pleased with this company. Performed the pumping service quickly and for a fair price. The education provided by the owner is invaluable on the maintenance needs of a septic system. We will use them again in five years, the recommended pumping schedule.

Had them out the same day I called. Very affordable. Great service, very efficient guys that came out and did the dirty work. Left the property clean and septic working. They even did a test on the leach fields and gave me peace of mind. Thank you so much.

I can't say enough good about Tom McCoy! He personally came out on a Sunday to check the filter in our septic, as we were backing up. He ended up not only getting the filter out, but having to modify a filter for our tank. Thank you, Tom!! I'd recommend you to anyone for your services!!

    Response from the owner

Thank you for posting what you thought about our work.

Several customers describe fast response. Joni had a crew out "the same day I called" for a pumping that finished with a leach field test, and Zig writes that McCoy's responded quickly to his call without pushing services he did not need. The owner shows up in the stories too. Lisa says Tom McCoy came out on a Sunday when her system was backing up and modified a filter for her tank, and Jeri describes a one-day visit that cleaned out the tank, repaired the baffle and added a filter. Julia credits technicians Brian and David with walking her through how to keep her system maintained.

Before You Call

A tank that keeps acting up leaves a homeowner with one decision: settle for another pumping cycle, or start a conversation about a new system. McCoy's does both jobs, so the same call can sort out which one your tank actually needs.
