    Called about needing the inside of the toilet tank changed and thought it would be a hundred or hundred fifty at most he was over and it took him maybe five minutes and the cost was $ 253.16 it won’t happen again I’ve used them before everything was great I said something about the price and he said yeah our prices went way up because we have a new owner The technician done a good job but the price was ridiculous Lesson learned

Our pricing reflects more than the time required to complete the repair. It includes the technician’s drive time, sending a trained professional to your home with a properly stocked service vehicle, the parts used, and our responsibility for the completed work. An experienced plumber can often diagnose and complete a repair quickly, and we don’t believe customers should pay more simply because a less-experienced technician takes longer. Like every business, our costs have increased significantly, including skilled labor, fuel, parts, insurance, and vehicle maintenance. While some pricing has increased under new ownership, those increases allow us to continue sending qualified professionals and standing behind our work.     Started job, removed old water heater. Confirmed it would be no problem to return later in the day to install. Came back when stated and installed new unit. Very happy with the job and technician.
