Moving into a new home in North Silsbee I was trying to remove a hose from the rear faucet the previous owner left. It was stuck so I grabbed my channel locks. Bad idea! Water blew out if the wall, it was a gusher!!! It was also 4:30 on a Friday. I grabbed my phone doing a Google search. Thank goodness this company came up. With in minutes a very polite young man showed up and went right to work even though he drove from Kountze. Very professional job in fact, I had purchased new hardware for the kitchen sink, he took care of that too! Did I mention it was late in the afternoon on a Friday!!!

Gave two stars because they came out on a weekend but nothing got fixed with plumbing and could not get a call back. Had to have another plumber come out the next day and fix the exact same problem. Tried to call several times to have problem corrected and they would not even return a call.

Honest, professional wonderful young man that rescued us after our pipes froze this winter. Timely too, in a profession thats hard to schedule since every job is unique and so some take longer than you expect. First people I call for plumbing issues. Have yet to not be able to get him same day I call.
