Bobby came out originally and did a good job for us. He fixed our septic pump and grinder. About 5 weeks later he came back out because it had already stopped working. He replaced the pump and grinder. Never showed us what was wrong with the old one. Just replaced it and sent us an invoice for another 3k. I asked him when I got the invoice, why we were charged again. He told me that there was feminine products in the line. We asked him to come in and visit with us so we could discuss it. When you’re paying someone that much money, it matters. We started the conversation off well.

    Response from the owner

I still have my valid invoice AND the warranty claim from the manufacturers rep stating that the problem was due to negligence on YOUR END for all to see. I lost respect for you when you both insinuated that I am a liar when I have the clear evidence backing my story. Please pay your invoice!!!!

Before You Call

For a new septic system, homeowners can consider either an aerobic or conventional installation. One useful question is which design best fits the soil analysis and site evaluation.
