Lighthouse Plumbing in Fall City, WA

Bradyn and Josh saved the day. What I thought was dishwasher problem turned into a cracked pipe. They were careful to not be too invasive in accessing pipe and repairing it. Highly recommend Lighthouse Plumbing and these two exceptional employees.

Bradyn and Josh are absolutely wonderful. From the very first conversation, they were honest and upfront. They worked through some complicated problems and explained everything clearly and simply, answering all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions)! I always knew what was happening, and why. They also provided pictures and videos throughout the process. They were clear with their quote, and told us what should be done NOW vs. what could wait to be done later down the line. No upselling at all.

Couldn’t give zero stars! Tried multiple times to get someone out to get a quote! Was cancelled all the time! Had a white friend call and scheduled an appointment. They came out right away! This company is white trump owned! After so many failed attempts to get them out to my place, they had the nerve to ask for a referral for a recommendation! You got to be kidding! If I could give zero stars I would! Stop the hate! My people were here before you!

We had such a great experience with the plumber plus the apprentice that came to the house! They came just for a bid but saw it was an easy fix and took thirty minutes right then and there to get it done. Way beyond expectations and it was so appreciated!
