We had a fantastic experience with Jafco, which inspected, repaired, and upgraded our home sewer line. Team leader Dakota was very responsive, clear, straightforward, and detail-oriented. He investigated our situation, explained it fully, offered alternative options, and gave thoughtful advice. He took the time to answer our questions and requests and provide helpful information. The work crew was efficient, thorough, and conscientious. They took extra time as necessary to make sure they did the job right.

    Response from the owner

Garrett and Abraham were amazing. They arrived and jumped right into our two plumbing issues. They exuded competence and professionalism. Finished in roughly half the time I thought it might take. Invoicing and payment was clearly explained and very fair. Highly recommended!!

Diagnose and fix a slow running hot faucet. Ended up needing a new connection hose as it was clogged. Super friendly and helpful but $680 felt very expensive for less that a 1 hr visit.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We appreciate your honest feedback and understand there’s room for improvement. If you’d like to talk with us directly, we welcome your call and would love the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
