    I recently used the service for our local American Legion that had an unusual situation. The owner and helper came out and we were able to determine the layout and problems with the system. Yesterday they (two men), showed up to evacuate the tank and it was along tough job due to the length of time since the last pump out. Josh was extremely thorough and explained what was happening and why. I would recommend LETO to anyone who needs this type of service.

    Send me a driver ALEX and he is found what he found, just some lid , pump it out and problems wasn't solved. He said sewer line is clogged and We paid him $425. After this VERY HIGH level expert suggestion we rented Drain Cleaner, but after 6 hours cleaning, we still didn't get to the septic. Because ALEX is pumped out SECOND compartment , but not Main, he didn't found it and he not even open it. After this accident his boss is visited me in person, he said you have two septic tanks and you paid for one and one is pumped, so you must pay additional $425 for pumping out MAIN septic.

    This customer is confused, or acts as if he is. I personally went to his house with one of my servicemen to investigate the problem. What was discovered is he has two septic tanks in series. I tried to explain to him that Alex did pump out the one tank in it's entirety not knowing that he had two tanks. I explained to him that we could come back out to pump the other tank but he didn't want to pay for that. I nor any other septic company can pump two tanks and only charge for one. As far as the mainline blockage he chose to rent a machine and do it himself. In his words he said plumbers would screw him. He admitted the line was blocked and now it was clear. We had him flush and run water inside and everything was flowing fine. He just did not want to pay to have the other tank pumped insisting that we pumped the wrong tank. I again explained you have TWO tanks, do you want the other one pumped? He declined. I don't know what else I can do to make him happy other than pump another tank for free, which I will not do. We have been in business since 1961 and we would not be in business that long if we were a "company to stay away from."

    Highly recommend ! They were able to send Josh out in a couple days to evaluate and repair our septic tank. He spent time listening to our concerns, checking out our system and was able to find the issue and repair it for a very reasonable price p
