    Kurt installed our new septic about 7 years ago and it has worked flawlessly ever since. I have called with questions a few times and his customer service is always excellent. Had him come out and mark some of the chamber lines for us and he did it in 100 degree weather, despite me telling him it could wait. Highly recommend K. Franck Enterprises.

    Kurt and his company provided excellent service in replacing a sewer system grinder pump. I have used them for other issues and they are always professional and provide excellent service.

    I would highly recommend this great company. They responded immediately, an hour, quickly identified the problem, backed up sewer, ugh, and immediately solved the issue. They were so careful not to displace my flowers, which were surrounding the sewer hole. They cleaned everything up, and were done in a timely manner. Excellent customer service, which is rare these days. Thanks again!

One customer, R, said the crew responded within about an hour to a backed up sewer line and worked carefully around the yard to avoid disturbing flowers.
