  1. Leslie H.

    September 2026

I highly recommend Russell Martin and Jones County Septic! I initially had a plumber evaluate a sewage backup, and he recommended having my septic system checked. The company I had previously used told me it would be a three-week wait. After waiting a week, my bathroom began flooding again. I reached out to Russell on a Sunday evening, and he was at my home first thing Monday morning at 8:00. He quickly identified the actual problem, a large clog in the drain line before the septic tank, and cleared it. He also inspected my tank and let me know it was still in excellent condition.

    Response from the owner

Thank you Leslie! It was my pleasure getting you flowing again and giving your septic tank a fresh start. I look forward to serving your family again in the future. Your septic guy, Russell Martin Jones County Septic

Russel Is One Really Great Guy. He Came By For A Septic Problem I Was Having And Helped Me With That And Other Things I Thought I Would Have To Pay Much More For, For Much Less Than I Would Have Had To Pay For What I Hired Him For. Came At 8:00 Am And Stood Here Over Two Hours, On Labor Day, And Did An Excellent Job. I Definitely Recommend Him To Anyone Having Septic Problems. Top Ranking. #1 Man For The Job. 😃

    Response from the owner

Thank you Cynthyah! It was my pleasure hydro-jetting your drain-field. I truly hope it helps with your drainage.
