From the beginning, we worked to complete your septic system installation as agreed and communicated any scheduling adjustments that arose due to weather, inspections, and jobsite conditions. While we understand your frustration with the timeline, many of the circumstances affecting the schedule were outside of our control. Regarding the condition of the yard, excavation work for septic installations naturally creates open trenches and disturbed ground during the installation process. Final grading and filling are completed once the project reaches the appropriate stage and payment obligations have been met. It is important to note that payment became a significant issue on this project. The check provided to us was returned, and law enforcement had to be involved because payment for completed work was not being made. As a company, we cannot proceed with final restoration work or leave equipment and materials at a site indefinitely when payment remains unresolved. Once payment concerns are addressed and funds are verified, we complete the remaining project items as scheduled. We do appreciate your comments about our crew. Our team works hard every day to provide quality workmanship and professional service, and we are proud of the effort they put into every project.
