** Spoke with the owner and we got this handled, there was some mixup with the phone numbers and we were able to chat about the situation - very professional and would still recommend to anyone that needs plumbing work ** I had issues with plumbing due to a prior company fixing up the house not hooking up plumbing right when remodeling home before I bought it. Jolly's came out and did the work for me, and it was quite expensive, but they got the toilet working (no vent tube hooked up to new plumbing) and I was very happy. It still works flawlessly, never had an issue since!

    Response from the owner

I do apologize for not speaking with you in the phone. However, I’ve been out of town and unavailable. Furthermore, I’ve not received a voicemail or text from you. I’ll be glad to Follow up With you when I can. I should be back in a hour or so.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Customers who wrote about septic work describe a crew that came quickly. Linda called about a problem with her septic system, had it looked at, and saw the man back on Monday with a helper for what she called a "GREAT job". Greg and Chuck also praise the work, and Chuck says the crew knows what they are doing. Scott had a different experience with a tank pumping. He says he called on a Monday, was offered the following Friday, and got no reply after a text that morning about timing.
