    Bought a home in lake havasu sellers had John Smith do an inspection on the septic tank in the process they tore up the rv sewer line several water lines never repaired broke a hole in top of the tank said it was a 1000 gallon precast concrete tank.it is a 1500 poured in place not precast concrete and they said it was full of roots and baffle was broken and there was no water to test leach field which is untrue the well inspection days before shows well running at 20 gallons per minute upon my personal inspection the tank was full of water not pumped no roots found inside the tank never saw a broken baffle all they did was dig up and leave an open hole 20 ft X 15 ft and aprox 7ft deep with there drinks and trash left all over sellers agent called them to have them finish the leach field inspection and back fill they said it would cost more because they had to drill a hole in the tank and they refused to complete the inspection or back fill We have been a plumbing contractor for over 40 years never have I seen a more unprofessional contractor! charged $1000 for the inspection and did not complete the inspection or back fill the hole then quoted $16,500.00 to replace buyer beware of these guys if there is no one to supervise they will cut every corner very dissapointing company

    These guys are on the ball. I called the guy in Parker, no return call for days. These guys came down from Havasu City the next day. They spent time figuring out and advising on my alternative septic system, pumped it out, and all is well. Highly recommended!
