Jeremy and his team are top notch. Had my septic tank back up at around 7pm on a Sunday, Jeremy took my call and immediately walked me through how to temporarily fix the issue and then got his team was out the next morning to repair the issues. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Thank goodness for Jeremy and Phillip! Septic tank cover was cracked. I thought it was going to be the tank itself. Jeremy was able to get Phillip to come out and not only look at the problem, but fix it right away. Replaced both tank lids so I don't have the same problem again! Really good guys. Went out of their way to help me quickly and fixed it. Honest and kind. Down to earth good people. Thank you!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had Jeremy Septic out for the second time, and once again we had a great experience. When we started having septic issues, Jeremy came out, figured out what was going on, had the tank pumped, and then came back the next day to make the needed repairs. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what they found and what they were doing. What I appreciate most is that I never felt pressured. They could have easily told us we needed a whole new system, but instead they repaired only what actually needed to be repaired.

The crew showed up on time, answered all my questions, were polite, and were efficient with their work! Jeremy made the process easy. I will definitely use them next time. Thanks for the great service
