The technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He returned the following day (Sunday) to replace our ancient toilet with a new, taller one for my handicapped husband. He removed the old one and cleaned up everything. I would definitely call them again and highly recommend them. You wont regret it Having used Mr. Rooter before with great success and satisfaction we called again for them to come to our rescue! We needed a new line installed for a new dishwasher. The faucet was behind the old dishwasher( old house) and needed to be diverted to under the sink. Lorenzo to the rescue!

    Response from the owner
