Josh and his crew replaced my sewer line. It ended up being quite the project. They were easy to work with. The estimate was very detailed and the work completed as specified. Great communication and keeping me updated on my project.

JJ Excavation replaced our septic system after we discovered the previous owner installed by what we jokingly call a “U.P. handyman special.” The difference between that and having true professionals do the work was immediately obvious. Andy did an outstanding job leading the project. He was knowledgeable, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way, making sure everything was completed correctly. Josh, the owner, was always available to answer our questions at a moment’s notice. That level of communication and customer service gave us confidence throughout the entire project.

I don't know how many trucks they have? But this morning whoever was at Kwik Trip in Ironwood must think having a new truck with a plow he can cut people off I was driving through the parking lot he flew through the pumps to get to the pumps at the other side, I had to slam in my brakes so I didn't hit him ! I was only doing 5 mph! And yes my vehicle has cameras to prove what happened. Learn how it drive especially when your running around with a massive plow! If he didn't see me he shouldn't be driving!

    Response from the owner

Hi MK, we take safety very seriously. We’re sorry to hear you felt unsafe in that situation. We train our drivers to operate cautiously in all parking lots and high-traffic areas, and we certainly never want anyone feeling uncomfortable or at risk. If you’re willing, please reach out to us directly at 715.562.0382 or josh@jjdigs.com so we can better understand what happened and address it internally. Safety is a top priority for our company.

Josh and his crew were beyond phenomenal! From our first call to them, they were on the problem, and extremely professional!! They explained every step, had the job done quickly, yet efficiently, and helped our family navigate this horrible incident, that of course had to happen in middle of a UP winter. Their knowledge, professionalism, and kindness even saved our family thousands!!! Again, Thank you Josh and your amazing crew at J and J!! Can’t wait to see the finished landscaping in Spring too!! 💗 This company is my families go to company for ANY excavation projects from now on!

    Response from the owner

Looking forward to being your go-to crew for years to come. Josh & the J&J Team
