Extra speedy septic pumping service from Tim and his daughter this afternoon! Very professional and patient. Good explanation of what was going on. I would recommend this company to others.

This company owned by Tim Kidder has been in business for 17 years and is located in Elkhartt. Our dose system and septic had not been serviced for a long time and needed quite a bit of help. Had received several quotes from other local Septic companies and decided to go with Hometown Septic. They were professional, very quick to diagnose the problem, and very reasonable compared to the other quotes we had received. They were at the house the next day & took care of the problem. replaced the pump and other items that were in need of replacement. We were very pleased and would highly recommend!

I was referred to Hometown by another septic company due to them not being able to locate and dig. In talking to Tim the owner at 8:30 am on 6/04/26, he said he should be able to do my septic that day. Sure enough, Tim was on location within 3 hours of our phone conversation, located and dug, and had everything finished within less than 2 hours. Tim is excellent to work with and extremely thorough in all he does. Don’t waste your time and money with other companies. Hometown is the business to handle your septic needs!!!
