    I spoke with Jacob on the phone. I explained to him what my issue was. He gave me a couple pointers. I was able to work through it and my grinder pump started working again. Not too many service techs are willing to share info to help a customer save some money. He did and I'm greatful for it! I'll be using these guys to set up a normal maintenance schedule now to help prevent future issues!

    Man, these guys are on it and know how to provide an amazing experience for challenging septic issues and excellent customer service. We had a Septic issue that was unexpected for us of course late at night this weekend. We usually have our septic pumped every 3 years and have not had any issues. We came home to toilet water elevated and not flushing and plumbing water spewing out from the drainage pipe in the basement. We called the plumbing guys and they walked us through some things and suggested that we might want to call A&R.
