    Jacob with Hometown did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. He worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and made sure the issue was fully taken care of before leaving. It’s hard to find service technicians who are both skilled and genuinely care about the customer experience, but Jacob definitely does. Hometown is lucky to have him on their team. I would absolutely recommend Jacob and Hometown to anyone needing plumbing service.

    Hometown Plumbing came out to take a look at one of our outlets that kept tripping. Hayden was very knowledgeable and thorough with his explanation of what the issue could be and solutions for the issue. I would highly recommend them for any electrical service you need. Ask for Hayden

    Tech was nice enough, but I unfortunately didn't get a 2nd estimate first. In short, he wanted to re-plumb my entire house for $18,000+ and of course, I only let him do what I called for.. fix the water pressure valve.... for $1,200. I do not plan on getting ripped by this company ever again and have since secured a plumbing company that charges half.
