I spoke with Cris, Juan and Mark. All of them came into my home respectful and polite. They came in assessed my situation. They thoroughly explained their findings and gave options for the repairs. Unfortunately for me none of those options came at a $0 cost🤣. I am truly pleased with my decision.

We recently bought a home in this area and we had a couple plumbing needs. When asking around for a trustworthy company, Hiller was repeatedly coming up. We called them and they came out. They were very reasonalble and very knowledgeable. Chris got us set up and running again. We are keeping Hiller's number so that we can use them if any other needs come up. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

We spent over $12,000 replacing our HVAC system with Hiller in February 2026 based on their recommendation, and unfortunately we have been extremely disappointed with both the reliability of the new system and the service afterward. In just the past several days, we have had multiple Hiller technicians dispatched to our home because of repeated problems, including error messages, the thermostat going completely blank, and the HVAC system becoming inoperable. Hiller’s own appointment records show multiple service visits within only a few days, including an overnight service call.

    Response from the owner

Hi Amanda, Thank you for sharing your experience. I genuinely appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration regarding the ongoing issues with your HVAC system. It’s concerning to hear about the multiple service visits and lack of clear communication. This isn’t the level of service we strive to provide, and I’m truly sorry for the stress this has caused you. Your confidence in your new system is important, and I hope we can address these problems promptly and effectively. Please know that your concerns are being taken seriously, and we’re committed to resolving this situation for you. We appreciate your patience, and I hope we can turn this experience around for you soon. Thank you again for your feedback.
