Called for an emergency service on a Friday at 6pm because my septic was overflowing outside from the access point (thankfully not in the house). Their employee DB responded and was at my house by 8pm pumping away. Great service!

We had an emergency septic pumping needed. I called about 7 companies on Sat & sunday. Hatfields was the only company that responded. Joe Marshall came out and did a great job pumping the septic and jet-vaccing the main line whicih was clogged. He knew what he was doing. Very professonal too! Thanks to Hatfields and Joe, we are flushing toilets again!

This service answered their phone on a Sunday. They were not only able to come out that day for an emergency septic services but they did a better job than past services we hired and the price was very reasonable. I'm saving this septic service in my calendar for regular service now.
