They've cleaned our grease traps twice, and everything was fine. As in the past, I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to fit their availability. The morning of the appointment I drove an hour to meet them and, when I arrived I had an e-mail that my appointment was cancelled. The message came as I was driving to meet them.....so very little notice. I called them and was told they had priority (i.e., more important than me) jobs they needed to get to today so I was cancelled. I asked why they didn't contact me last night so I could avoid the drive. Literally, that's all I asked.
