10/10 will call again. I dealt with both Bill and Tony. The transparency with the process for septic system management and maintenance left me with faith that they took care of me. Tony explained everything he found while out there and I feel confident to keep everything running properly until the next pump. Thanks!

We’ve been in our home for 5 years and started noticing slow drainage and gargling sounds in our sinks. Tell tale signs of possible septic tank service needed. On recommendation from a neighbor, I called Mr. Hardee and he was so kind. He fit me in next day and Mr.Tony came this morning and pumped our tank. He did an amazing job and spent quite some time educating me on septic tank maintenance. He even provided a pamphlet with tips. Cost was very reasonable and Mr. Tony cleaned up the yard and made it look as good as he found it.

    Response from the owner

I'm sorry that you feel scammed with your service. However, we have no record of doing work for you, unless it's listed under a different name. Please give our office a call and we'll see what we can do for you.

We used Hardee's 3-4 years ago. Giving them another call today. We wouldn't call anyone else!

I have been using Hardee's septic service for about 15 years - selling and buying my own houses, during my brief time as a real estate agent, and to handle any issues that arise. Bill Hardee has the heart of a teacher and does his best for every customer. I highly recommend his services.
