    He will not return any phone calls or text messages. Been trying to get him to do a septic job for 2 years now. He schedules an appointment with me and doesnt show up and wont return phone calls or texts. Not a reliable person to deal with. I would give 0 stars if I could.

    Hey mark, i believe there is some confusion with communication. You first contacted us for an estimate in 24 for a septic . Shortly after you reached out saying you were no longer closing on the home in time and this was delayed. I personally reached out to check in two months after that with no response. Then again you reached out this year to get it going in September, and then changed again to needing it done asap. I'm sorry we are extremely busy currently, and have not been able to meet your time expectation's. We have not billed you for anything nor have done any work for you just an estimate with no signed agreement or contract. It's unfortunate to me that a business review was made for this reason. I wish you the best of luck on your project.

    When our septic system failed, I called in a company for an estimate. Luckily, my son-in-law heard the price and recommended I call Bo Grandy. Bo came out immediately and we had a much more reasonable estimate. He started on the system as soon as the weather cooperated and we were in business in less than 2 days!! He and his workers answered all questions, worked quickly and efficiently and helped smooth down the wet ground to start grass. Between their work ethic and very reasonable prices, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again or recommend them to others! Thanks Bo!!
