Technician Jake Reynolds was early, curteous and solved our problems. Our drain was seriously clogged with tree roots complicated by the extreme cold. He was very professional and efficient.

I called G & J after a bad phone experience with another septic service. Jake was very nice and understood all of my concerns, and he was willing to come out and help me! Jake did an excellent job and gave me a referral for additional services. He also expressed no concerns about coming over the bridge at the end of my property, which had been described as 'rickety' by the other person. I would highly recommend G & J Septic for your septic needs. They are fair, understanding and very helpful. Definitely 5 stars!
