    I would leave 92,000 negative stars if I could. They missed a 3 layer roof that would’ve negated the deal on my house. THIS COMPANY COST ME $20k!!!!! Do not use them PLEASE!!!!!!!

    This was two layers and the second layer was brand new install at the time of inspection by a reputable roofing company

    I've used Double Eyes twice now during my search for a home, and I have been extremely pleased and impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable Chuck is. As a first-time home buyer, I have a lot of questions about his whole process, and he goes above and beyond to ensure all my questions are answered, and I understand why issues he finds are important. After each inspection, I felt prepared to make an educated decision about purchasing the home. I will be referring Double Eyes to my family and friends for their future home inspections.

    The company picked my 1958 home apart I put 280,000 into it so far as is home previously had 3 different home inspections and by reputable companies like rocket mortgage, Va , chase bank and they didn’t point out half the stuff these guys did! Scared the buyers away and caused two different deals to pull back! Typical liberal thing to do! Pick people apart and the men in today’s society afraid to put a little work in! I cannot and will not recommend charles to anyone who I know! I’m about being fair and this is a fair review bottom line!

    Nicholas, sorry you feel this way. So you're telling me I shouldn't have told my client anything about open grounded outlets. Reverse polarity outlets, a rotten ledger board caused by no flashing between the house, well pressure tank that was short cycling. The roof on the barn that was at the end of its lifespan and a few other things. So you wouldn't have wanted to know this stuff if I had did your inspection that you had scheduled with me before I did your home. I am known as being fair in my evaluation with issues on a home. Every house has something wrong with it. I will continue to do my inspections as I was trained and have done the last 8 years as I have gotten great feedback from my clients and realtors. I've been around the construction field since 1984 on top of extensive rehabbing a handful of houses in the last 15 years. I know the severity of issues from minor to major.
