Exceptional service to pump our septic system by Freedom Septic. We have previously used other services and they did not do the quality job that we received from Freedom Septic. He took the time to explain our system and is very competent. Our septic tanks are difficult to access. He found a good way to access them. We appreciate the quality service and will always call them for service in the future.

Bryan was wonderful! He came promptly, explained what needed to be done, and then did the job quickly and efficiently. We would recommend Freedom Septic to anyone who needs septic services! On the price, I would add that we had an emergency, so paid more than the usual price. Still we are happy overall.

Brought my wife home from the hospital after having her neck fused. Late on a Saturday night, my daughter informed me that sewage was backing up in the basement bathroom and mechanical room. Early Sunday morning, I called Bryan at Freedom Septic. Our house is on the northern border of his service area. He changed his weekend plans and made it to our house in a little more than an hour. He was very friendly and professional. He had the drain pipe unclogged and the 1,500 gallon tank pumped out in 20 minutes. My wife, daughter and granddaughter were thrilled to use of the toilets and sinks again.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Freedom Septic responds quickly to emergency calls when sewage backs up into homes. Bill noted that Bryan arrived "in a little more than an hour" on a Sunday morning to clear a clogged drain pipe and pump the tank. Other jobs involve inspecting systems, accessing hard-to-reach tanks and adjusting flow from distribution boxes into leach fields.
