  5. Charlene F.

    September 2026

I had sewer line back up in the basement. I believe it was Tucker (very professional) who came out first to try and snake the line, but it was blocked. Tom came out to run the camera down the line and found the collapsed pipe and explained the circumstances very professionally. Unfortunately it was inside and outside of the basement. They started that afternoon and had it finished the next day. After that, they ran the camera down the line again and found pipe was off kilter from the city main in the street.

    Response from the owner

Charlene, we sincerely appreciate you sharing these detailed experiences. Knowing our team could respond quickly to your plumbing challenges and keep you informed each step of the way means a lot. Thank you for recognizing the professionalism and problem-solving shown by everyone involved, and for recommending Mr. Rooter Plumbing Of Colorado Springs. We're truly grateful for your trust and it's great to hear you were satisfied with both the larger project and the quick fix. If you ever need us again, we're always here to help.

Before You Call

When the last pump out is hard to remember, booking a septic tank pumping visit is the decision in front of you. One question worth asking on the phone is which signs of a full tank the crew watches for, so you know what to look for between visits.
