I’ve had Equal Rooter Plumbing do work at both my house and my office, and I’ve been extremely happy with them. They’ve replaced old cast-iron pipes and also relined existing pipes, and everything has been done the right way. Kevin is a great guy, honest, trustworthy, and someone you can count on. His crew shows up when they say they will, does quality work, and cleans everything up when they’re finished. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Kevin and Equal Rooter for any plumbing or pipe-lining needs. Highly recommend them.

Kevin was great and very knowledgeable when it came to my main sewer line repair. I did not know what to expect and he kept me informed the whole time. Problem fixed in 1 day

The plumber sent to my home was rude, unprofessional, and did not seem confident in what he was doing. I also overheard him openly talking badly about his own boss while inside my house. I didn’t bother to speak in his direction or to ask his name, but I took a picture of the license plate (RZG-P04) on the company vehicle he was using, strictly to leave this review. Would not recommend!

    Response from the owner

I have no idea who you are none of my plumbers were at your home today. I would really appreciate you not going on online and slandering companies for absolutely no reason if you have a problem with my company you can call me direct. My phone number is right on the van. It is 561-254-9101.

One star. This company caused damage to my plumbing and did not properly repair the pipe at my home, creating additional issues that had to be addressed later. On top of that, I witnessed one of their drivers engaging in aggressive road rage while representing the company vehicle, yelling extremely offensive language at another driver at a stoplight. Between the poor workmanship and the completely unprofessional and hostile behavior, I would not trust this company in or around my home again.

    Response from the owner

Good afternoon my name is Kevin. I'm the owner of this company. I have no idea who you are. You're not in my system in any way. Feel free to call me at 561-254-9101 But again you're not in any of my systems none of my work have done at work at your home or your property. I understand that maybe one of my drivers may have cut you off on the roadway, but that's no reason to go online and lie about that. I caused damage to your home. Taco Bell being unprofessional
