Seth and crew came out to investigate a plumbing leak in our basement. The craftsmanship, professionalism, and service was top notch! They corrected old plumbing errors with a basement toilet and installed a new up-flow system. Communication was impressive and the work was promptly performed to get this fixed. This will be my go to plumbing service providers for any future needs.

    Response from the owner

Thanks for the great review, Chris. We're thrilled Seth and the crew could locate and repair the basement leak, correct the old plumbing issues, and install the new up-flow system to your satisfaction. Clear communication and prompt service are priorities for us, and we appreciate you noticing. We look forward to being your go-to plumbing provider for any future needs, so please reach out if anything else comes up.

A few days ago i called a company out for a bad sewerage smell and gurgling in my toilets and when that company came out they only said i needed my tank pumped and so that is what i done .... And then I called Emergency No More around midnight after our home had a complete sewer backup, and i was completely overwhelmed. Candy answered right away, stayed calm, and walked me through what to do until help arrived. She made a stress full situation feel manageable and kept me updated every step of the way.

    Response from the owner

Kaley, thank you so much for this wonderful review and for trusting Emergency No More during such a stressful situation. We're so glad Candy could calm you over the phone and that Seth and Bryson arrived quickly, treated your home with care, and took time to explain everything. Your kind words and recommendation mean a lot to our team. We’re here 24/7 whenever you need us.
