Gisela noted that Joe Embry explained each step of a septic installation and kept her updated throughout the job. The crew arrives promptly for site visits and answers questions quickly. Paul recalled that when unexpected obstacles arose during his project, the workers stepped up and "knocked it out". Ground cleanup receives careful attention once excavation is finished. Teuaililo appreciated that the operators leveled the dirt evenly after finishing the installation.
